Sam is group fitness certified and co-founder of Modern Reform Pilates, bringing a holistic approach to fitness and a deep understanding of movement's impact on mental and physical well-being. With a passion for creating a sense of community, she has been actively involved in boutique fitness studios since 2016 and has gained valuable experience working in this unique environment.
Having experienced multiple injuries, Sam has developed a keen insight into the importance of mindful movement and its role in overall health. Her approach to Pilates is informed by this understanding, ensuring that each session is not just a workout, but a step towards greater balance and wellness.

As a professional, and a father of two, Sean has honed skills that complement his fitness passion, balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to wellness. He appreciates the importance of health and wellness not only for individual achievement but also for family and community well-being. At Modern Reform Pilates, Sean combines his love for coaching with his extensive knowledge of fitness and wellness science to create an inclusive environment where clients are empowered to reach their highest potential.
