For the best results, we recommend joining us at Modern Reform Pilates 2+ times a week. This frequency allows your body to adapt to the workout, build strength, and see visible improvements in your flexibility and posture. Of course, everyone's schedule and fitness goals are different, so we're here to help you find a routine that works for you. Whether you're looking to complement your existing fitness regimen or make Pilates the core of your routine, consistency is key to unlocking the full benefits of the Modern Reform method.

If you're new to Modern Reform Pilates, we require you arrive 15 minutes early. This extra time allows our instructors to give you a warm welcome, introduce you to the Modern Reformer machine, and help you get comfortable with the setup. It's all part of making sure you have the best experience possible from your very first class!
For our returning clients, we recommend being ready and at your Modern Reformer about five minutes before your class starts. This gives you a moment to settle in and mentally prepare for your workout.

Each class at Modern Reform Pilates is 50 minutes of pure, focused strength and flexibility training. We make every minute count, ensuring you get a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, refreshed, and empowered. So, set aside those 50 minutes for yourself and experience the transformative power of the Modern Reform method!

For your Modern Reform Pilates session, we recommend bringing the following:
Comfortable Workout Attire: Wear form-fitting, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Grip Socks: These help provide stability and support on the Modern Reformer machine. If you don't have a pair, don't worry! We have them available for purchase at the studio, but note socks are required, and it is best to have grips for the extra stability and support.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout your workout. We have water refill stations available for your convenience.
Towel: Optional, but handy for a quick wipe-down after an invigorating session.
Positive Attitude: Come ready to challenge yourself and have fun!
You don't need to bring a mat, as our Modern Reformer machines are fully equipped for your workout. If you have any questions about what to bring or need assistance, our friendly staff is always here to help!

We're stoked that you're super motivated to join our classes. If someone happens to cancel, we'll shoot you a notification to let you know that you've been added to the class. If you do not receive a notification your account will be credited for the class so you can sign up for the next one.
You can be added to class up to 30 minutes in advance from the waitlist.

Our certified instructors are trained to offer modifications and provide personalized guidance to accommodate various physical limitations.
